Chalet Rose des Alpes

The Rose des Alpes is a traditional Swiss Alpine Chalet Hotel, situated just yards from the main street in the heart of Champery. The main cable car is no more than five minutes ride away and the Grand Paradis chair lift a short 12 minute bike ride away.

The chalet has 18 bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 52 people in a range of twins, doubles, family rooms and suites. Some rooms are ensuite and have a balcony.

The ground floor is made up of workshop, bike storage and lounge with playstation, DVD’s satellite TV and games. The first floor houses dining room and well stocked Alpine Bar as well as access to roof top hot tub. The chalet also has WiFi connection along with internet terminal.

Chalet Guybin

Chalet Guybin is a beautiful 3 bedroom chalet situated next to Rose des Alpes. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 with ensuite bath, the other with ensuite shower and a large suite with jacuzzi bath and shower. The suite can sleep a family of 4. Breakfast is taken in Chalet Guybin while afternoon tea is taken next door in Chalet Rose des Alpes.

The town has a wealth of facilities on its doorstep; the sports centre has a large indoor ice rink, curling and indoor swimming pool. The outdoor thermal baths in Val-d’illiez are a wonderful relief for tired bodies!! There are a number of bars in the main street; Mitchell’s and Café du Centre with its micro brewery are favorites along with the infamous Crevasse nightclub.
